“DRINK BOTTLE MOKU, a furniture-like bottle that lets you enjoy natural wood”* will go on sale in advance at some stores and online stores from August 26th, and at dealers nationwide from September 2nd.

Rivers has released drinkware designed using natural wood (unprocessed wood). This was because I wanted people to feel the warmth of real wood, and I was attracted to the uniqueness that no two wood grains are the same. We have now released a vacuum-insulated stainless steel bottle with a natural wood motif.
Acacia is used for the lid, which is also the face of the bottle. This wood is also used for Scandinavian furniture because it is water resistant and does not rot easily. Furthermore, the sapwood (the outside of the tree) and the heartwood differ greatly in color, and when made into heather, the shading becomes clearer, so no two bottles look the same. This material was chosen because we want all users to have their own drink bottle.

MOKU is also particular about “ease of use” as drinkware. Lightweight to the limit to make it easy to carry anywhere. The lid is designed to be easily opened and closed with a single twist. We also pursued the ideal wide mouth diameter so that you can enjoy each flavor of your drink and also make it easy to add ice. MOKU is the product of all the know-how we have gained from developing and selling drinkware in Tokyo for over 20 years.
