Sheila Technologies Announces Dividend of Surplus (Interim Dividend of 100 Yen per Share)
* Sheila Technologies Co., Ltd., which operates Japan’s largest membership-based real estate crowdfunding platform “Yiyoshi-kun” (NASDAQ: SYT, hereinafter “Sheila Technologies”) is pleased to announce that the board of directors meeting held on August 16, 2024 resolved to pay an interim dividend with a record date of June 30, 2024. This interim dividend will be 100 yen per share*.
*100 yen per share (equivalent to $0.68 at the exchange rate of 1 US dollar = 146.47 yen as of August 20), 1 share = 100 ADR *
