The cafe “Tostina” at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel (Maihama, Urayasu City) will be offering “Autumn” from Sunday, September 1, 2024 to Monday, September 30, 2024.
“Sweets & Bakery” will be held.
At this fair, we have prepared 3 types of new sweets and 2 types of bakery items that are unique to this season, making full use of seasonal ingredients such as grapes, pears, and sweet potatoes produced by the ripe autumn season.
Please enjoy the exquisite lineup packed with rich autumn flavors created by our hotel chef.

* ・Pear and maple gateau 950 yen *
This cake expresses the taste of autumn with the silhouette of a pear. Maple dough covered in chocolate is topped with pear jelly and pear mousse with maple brûlée. Please soak in the autumn sunlight filtering through the leaves while enjoying sweets wrapped in warm colors.
* ・Grape and Earl Gray Mousse 950 yen *
This mousse is made with grapes, which are in season in autumn, as the main ingredient. The fragrant Earl Gray and Kyoho mousse are layered, and the top is luxuriously decorated with Kyoho grapes. The elegant appearance dyed in purple is perfect for autumn tea time.
* ・Mont Blanc Verrine 950 yen *
The classic autumn sweet “Mont Blanc” has been made into a glass dessert. Chestnut and mascarpone cream is layered with star anise and cinnamon spiced pear jelly, topped with Mont Blanc cream. Garnished with pears at the end, this is a dish you’ll want to eat in the fall.

* ・Four kinds of mushroom gratin bread (photo left) 600 yen * French bread dough is filled with four types of mushrooms that represent the flavors of autumn, béchamel sauce, penne, and onions. Finished with cheese sauce and baked to a golden brown, this bread is perfect for autumn when appetite is high.

The dough is made with plenty of richly sweet baked potato paste and baked to a moist texture. A sweet potato bread with plenty of diced sweet potatoes boiled in syrup.

We have prepared a box filled with 6 types of mini-sized seasonal sweets and 2 types of macarons that can be enjoyed in a variety of situations.
