* ■Product features*
“Sanuki no Mezame” is sweeter and softer than the commonly available “Welcome” variety of asparagus. Also, one of its characteristics is that it has a thick and beautiful tip.
During the sorting process to preserve its beauty, the discarded parts of the roots were cut to make the length uniform.
We have developed “Mottainai Asparagus Dressing” as a new initiative using this root part, which remains delicious and nutritious. You can easily practice the SDGs at home and also enjoy the
deliciousness of branded asparagus.
* ■About the “Mottainai Series”*
The Takesan Group values “changing with the times and taking on challenges,” and our motto is to deliver deliciousness and fun to the dining table with products that take advantage of the climate of Shodoshima and the soy sauce brewing techniques that are rooted there. .
In addition, in response to increasing interest in the pursuit of safety, security, and sustainability in food in recent years, we are engaged in manufacturing every day so that we can contribute to society through the food we can produce.
This project is an initiative positioned as part of that effort. We use agricultural and marine products that would normally be thrown away, process them into delicious products, and deliver them to our customers’ tables.
Due to the nature of the project, it is difficult to stably supply the same product throughout the year, but we plan to continue developing new products as part of our efforts to achieve the SDGs.
