Shinshu Wine & Gibier Pairing Dinner Plan” will be sold from August 20, 2024 (Tuesday) to November 27, 2024 (Wednesday).
This accommodation plan includes a pairing of Shinshu wine grown in the rich soil and a dinner course that incorporates seasonal ingredients and wild game, allowing you to experience autumn Shinshu through food.

This is an area suitable for wine making. Wineries ranging from well-established to up-and-coming wineries produce high-quality wines that take advantage of the region’s climate. Using Shinshu wine carefully selected by our sommelier, we will suggest the perfect pairing with your food. For wine pairings, we can accommodate both those who want to try different types one by one, and those who want to fully enjoy a single wine. The food menu consists of four courses: appetizer, pasta, main course, and dessert. Main dish: “Wood-grilled venison and seasonal vegetables from Nagano Prefecture”

*What is “Chikuma River Wine Valley”?
In Nagano Prefecture, since 2013, wineries within the prefecture have been grouped together as the “Shinshu Wine Valley”, and with an eye on the global market, Nagano Prefecture wine “NAGANO”
We are promoting the branding of “WINE”. Shinshu Wine Valley has 80 wineries in five wine valleys (as of the end of 2023), and the Hokushin/Toshin area is called the “Chikuma River Wine Valley.” Chikuma River Wine Valley has a climate with little precipitation and long sunshine hours, and good drainage, making it suitable for growing wine grapes. It is especially suitable for growing European varieties, including Merlot, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir.
