Looking for co-creation partners for EV introduction solutions aimed at regional decarbonization!
*～QUINTBRIDGE business co-creation program 4th “Business Match-up!” held! ～*
Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corporation (Representative Director and President: Ryota Kitamura, hereinafter referred to as “NTT West”) has announced the introduction of the EV introduction and operation support solution “N. mobi*1 will be provided as an asset of the NTT West Group, and will decarbonize local communities by supporting the conversion and reduction of vehicles owned by companies and local governments to EVs, and the installation of EV car sharing in condominiums and public facilities. We are looking for co-creation partners who can work together on this goal. In addition, NTT Docomo Ventures, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as NDV), an NTT Group CVC*2, will consider investing in accordance with the requests of the selected companies. *3

NTTBS will conduct a document screening from the companies that have submitted entries, and the successful companies (scheduled to be 5 companies) will make pitches. From among them, we will select business ideas that have a high degree of co-creation affinity with NTTBS’s businesses as described in “7. Selection Criteria” and conduct co-creation studies. NTTBS will cover the cost of demonstration experiments for co-creation as necessary. In addition, NDV will consider investment based on the requests of selected partners.
* 2. Aimed worldview*
We will add services and solutions to “N.mobi” that can solve the issues faced by each industry and type of business, and realize “decarbonization dominoes using EVs*6.”
* 3. Recruitment theme*

Target: Real estate industry (*especially condominium developers) * As condominium prices are rising due to soaring construction costs, we are co-creating services that can be differentiated from other condominiums by providing added value to condominium tenants. * 2. Target: Transportation industry*
Co-creation of services that contribute to streamlining delivery operations and improving employee safety for small and medium-sized logistics and transportation companies aiming to reduce environmental impact and improve operational efficiency.
* 3. Target: Tourism industry (*especially hotels and travel agencies) * Co-creation aimed at further promoting excursion tourism through EV car sharing, with the field of accommodation facilities (resort hotels) aiming to improve guest and employee satisfaction.
* 4. Target: Local government*
Co-creation of services to improve the EV penetration rate for local governments that have goals and plans such as promoting carbon neutrality involving the region

August 28, 2024 (Wednesday): Information session held and recruitment of pitch companies started
Tuesday, September 24, 2024: Entry deadline
Monday, September 30, 2024: Pitch presentation Deadline for submission of application documents, document screening begins
