New Gallery is an up-and-coming gallery that will open in March 2024 in Jimbocho, Tokyo, proposing new possibilities for art. At this gallery, Hinatazaka46
Miku Kanemura’s first photo exhibition “Mitomeru” will be held from September 10th (Tuesday).
This exhibition is comprised of self-portrait works that Kanemura has been taking since the winter of 2023, and landscape works that correspond to the self-portraits. The works on display, including photography, concepts, models, costumes, and locations, are all created by Kanemura himself and provide a glimpse into Kanemura’s state of mind in each season.
Through the device of portraiture, this is an exhibition space where you can face the various invisible emotions that everyone has. Additionally, all photographic works on display will be sold on a made-to-order basis.

We are pleased to announce that Miku Kanemura’s first photo
exhibition, “Mitomeru”, will be held.
The reason I started photography was impulsive, but
As I continued to take photos, I began to think that I wanted these photos to be something that could touch someone’s heart.
The title “Recognize” is a message to myself who lacked
self-confidence, and I hope it will be an opportunity for those who view the work to “Remember.”
This exhibition allows you to face the invisible emotions that everyone has.

Miku Kanemura Profile
Born September 10, 2002, from Saitama Prefecture. Currently enrolled in the Department of Photography, Nihon University College of Art. A member of the idol group “Hinatazaka46″. Their single “Kimi wa Honeydew”, released in May, reached number 1 on the Oricon weekly singles ranking, making them the group’s 11th consecutive and 11th number 1 single in total. As an individual, she has had a wide range of activities, including working as an exclusive model for fashion magazines, radio personality, appearing in dramas, and appearing in variety shows.
