What is Junior Robot Team (JRT)?
The Junior Robot Team is a local robot club activity in which local engineers provide local elementary and junior high school students with the opportunity to experience advanced engineering through building robots in teams. With the aim of developing the next generation of engineers who are defined by this organization as “challenging co-creative human resources,” a team of about six children from the fifth grade of elementary school to the third year of junior high school will be formed and will meet twice a month to conduct a large-scale Let’s try making a robot. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the companies and individuals who have supported us on a daily basis, as well as to everyone involved for their hard work, for opening our second junior robot team in Tokyo. Securing a location for activities in Tokyo was the biggest challenge when opening the organization, but we have decided to collaborate with the Association for the Promotion of Advanced Technology Society and will proceed with activities at the TEPIA Advanced Technology Museum. All of our instructors will work hard to nurture the next generation of engineers who will support the future from the heart of Tokyo.

Each junior robot team club, including Minato Albus JRT, keeps the participation fee for participants at the level of a general lesson so that anyone who wants to can pursue the path to becoming an engineer.
