Bel Amer, a chocolate specialty store that expresses Japan’s four seasons with chocolate, will introduce new sweets that you can enjoy during the fall and winter seasons.
Seasonal ingredients and chocolate, such as “Japanese Chestnut Fondant Chocolate” with a whole chestnut on top, “Mont Blanc Cake” made with homemade chestnut cream squeezed to make it look like a Mont Blanc, and a new “Pare Cookie” with a motif of “Pare Chocolat.” We have created a proud lineup where you can enjoy the deliciousness of. “Mont Blanc Cake” is a delicately finished cake with the theme of Mont Blanc. A Mont Blanc made with homemade marron cream squeezed onto
maple-flavored chocolate cake dough sprinkled with crushed Japanese chestnuts and baked.
The gentle taste of maple used in the dough brings out the flavor of chestnuts. Between the dough and cream, we layered cassis confiture, which goes well with chestnuts, to create a deep flavor.
