In order to expand the number of upload destinations (improve user benefits), we proposed to Yuko Yuko Co., Ltd. that we develop a photo management screen.
Until now, the OTA “Yuko Yuko” operated by Yuko Yuko Co., Ltd. did not have a management screen where photos posted on the accommodation information magazine “Yuko Yuko” and the accommodation reservation site “Yuko Yuko Net” could be exchanged with the accommodation facility. Photos were exchanged through tools such as email. This method required a huge amount of time and man-hours between the accommodation staff and the Yukoyuko staff, and there were security issues. By developing a photo management screen that works with Byme’s upload system, we expect that it will be easier for both parties to use and improve business efficiency. In addition, in terms of security, using our system increases the strength and prevents information leaks.

The photo management system Byme (hereinafter referred to as “this service”) can be used free of charge at the facilities listed on Yuko Yuko. Representative Oshima’s grandfather worked for a railway company, and his mother worked at an inn, so he has been close to travel ever since he was born. After graduating from university, Oshima got a job at a travel agency and has interacted with people at many Japanese “inns,” but at all of them, communication by fax or telephone is the norm, and reservations are managed by writing them down on paper. There were many places where it was.
Oshima has always thought that this was the norm, but he was shocked to learn that everything from managing promotional photos to customer management and sales numbers was done digitally through overseas OTAs. Up until now, I had seen first-hand the problems that Japanese accommodation facilities had with customer management and photo management, so I wanted to be able to create something similar to what I saw at overseas OTAs in Japan. I decided to start my own business. In the future, we will continue to push forward every day with the desire to create not only accommodation facilities but also services that overturn common sense in the world.
