Kentaro, Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth: 3917 (hereinafter referred to as “iRidge”) has announced that it will hold a seminar for corporate app operation and marketing personnel on August 28, 2024, titled “3 Examples of Smartphone App Utilization in Store Business.” I’ll let you know.

In recent years, the use of smartphone apps has become essential for store businesses to increase customer attraction and customer engagement. Many companies are working on app marketing with the aim of creating new customers and maximizing engagement, but even companies that have actually introduced apps find that they are not attracting customers or increasing customer loyalty. There are many cases where such issues arise.

In order for app marketing to be successful, it is important to clarify the purpose: “Why are we taking this measure?” Proceeding with the design of measures without clear objectives will result in poor usability and may even lead to dropouts. In addition, it is important to set clear objectives, as measures often do not have the desired effect.

In this seminar, we will introduce specific measures that utilize application technology and their benefits from the perspective of an application engineer. We will also introduce the importance of design in the app business and the success stories of three major companies that utilized NFC technology, location information, and data linkage. At the end of the seminar, there will be a Q&A session regarding the product and a consultation corner regarding installation.

You can enter or leave the seminar at any time, so you can participate at your convenience. Please feel free to apply.
