Hikari Miso Co., Ltd. (Suwa District, Nagano Prefecture, CEO Yoshihiro Hayashi) and Ninben Co., Ltd. (Chuo Ward, Tokyo, CEO Ihei Takatsu) will hold a collaborative fan meeting between their ambassadors on Friday, August 9th. It was held online.

They learned about the history of “kachuyu,” an Okinawan dish that is enjoyed with a combination of miso and bonito flakes, and even tried making and eating it, allowing them to spend time interacting with each other beyond the boundaries of both companies. A roundtable discussion was held in which the participants were divided into multiple groups, and each participant shared the original ingredients they used and the recipe for “Kachu-yu” that can be easily prepared even in the summer, making it a great success.
