With the enactment of security clearance legislation (Act on the Protection and Utilization of Important Economic and Security Information), companies will be required to take appropriate measures. In particular, companies with little connection to defense and other fields are expected to be targeted, and since they will be starting from scratch, hints on how to respond will be needed. We will explain in detail what types of companies may be targeted, what kind of impact they will have, and what direction the measures will take.
