“STAFF OF THE
“YEAR” is an event to determine the “charismatic clerk of Reiwa” by competing in various customer service skills, including online customer service, which has now become one of the important skills for staff.
SOTY2024, which will be held for the fourth time, will be attended by approximately 1,300 fashion and fashion accessory brands and approximately 85,000 staff members. After passing through the 1st stage, where approximately 1,500 people entered, a total of 14 people who made it through the 2nd stage will take on the challenge of being judged to be the “No. 1 Store Staff.”
