*One year after expanding to Nagoya, Nagoya food has been recreated with spaghetti. I want to say that Taiwanese Maze Pancho is delicious! *
Pancho Co., Ltd., which sells “Spaghetti Pancho” and “Kitchen Pancho” nationwide, will hold a Nagoya Meal Fair to commemorate its 1st anniversary in Nagoya, and will offer a limited-time fair menu “Taiwan Maze Spa” on September 1, 2024 ( It will be released on Sunday).
One year has passed since Spaghetti Pancho entered Nagoya, and now there are two stores in the Nagoya area, and many people are patronizing the store. In response to such excitement in Nagoya, this Nagoya Meshi Fair has created an original version of “Taiwan Maze Spa,” which reproduces the appearance and taste of Taiwanese Mazesoba, a local gourmet dish that originated in Nagoya, with spaghetti. Centering on spicy Taiwanese minced meat prepared in-house, the dish is surrounded by chives, green onions, onions, garlic, dried bonito flakes (fish meal), and shredded seaweed, and an egg yolk (fried egg for takeout) is placed in the middle. Spaghetti is served with extra-thick noodles flavored with dashi soy sauce to accommodate all the toppings, and Pancho’s first bowl style. Additionally, a free meal service has been decided (*excludes some stores).
