*Original research on job trends and suitable jobs! What occupations do INFPs (mediators) actually have? ! *
MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator) is a psychological test for analyzing personality types, which classifies an individual’s personality into 16 types. Due to the recent trend, many people may have self-diagnosed themselves.
Among the 16 types, the INFP type is said to be the most common among Japanese people.
INFPs are introverted, sensitive, and idealistic, making them ideal for artists and creative professions.
However, when it comes to actually working as a full-time employee, many people may be worried about whether they are suitable for the job.
So this time, we conducted our own research to find out what kind of careers *INFP (Intermediary) people are actually building*!

* ・Voices of those who answered “I lack the ability to make decisions” * “When I went to ask because I couldn’t decide for myself, I was scolded and told to think for myself.” (Female, 20s, service/leisure, office worker)
