-Japanese sake-
Sengoku (Tochigi Prefecture)
A sake brewery run by an older brother who is a sommelier and his younger brother. We use Domaine Sakura rice, which is carefully sourced, and strive to produce pure and natural sake. We make sake that will impress not only sake lovers but also wine lovers once you try it.
Wind Forest (Nara Prefecture)
Namazake style sake that is not pasteurized. It is a drink that is popular among a wide range of people, from people who are just starting to drink sake to sake lovers. The crisp liquid unique to raw sake and the smooth taste that you won’t get tired of drinking have many repeat customers from all over the country.
Yoshida Kura u (Ishikawa Prefecture)
Yoshida Kura u is a new brand announced in 2021 by Yasuyuki Yoshida, the seventh generation owner of Yoshida Sake Brewery. “U” has two meanings: “Yu”, which means that our drinks are kind to nature, people, and food, and “you,” which we want to deliver to you. We are also particular about brewing sake using sake rice grown in Ishikawa Prefecture.
Mimurosugi (Nara Prefecture)
Mimurosugi is located in Miwa, Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture, which is a sacred place for sake. Omiwa Shrine is Japan’s oldest shrine, but it does not have a main shrine, and Mt. Miwa is said to be the place where the god resides. It is the only existing brewery that still produces sake at the shrine’s base.
Gozen sake (Nara prefecture)
Speaking of gomae sake, you can’t miss the old-fashioned sake brewer “Bodhimoto”! You can feel the complex flavor with a slightly sweet and sour aroma.
Maiko Tsuji, the first female brewer in Okayama Prefecture, and young brewers pool their knowledge and aim to produce even more delicious sake.
-Japanese wine-

Diamond Sake Brewery (Yamanashi Prefecture),
Yoshio Amemiya, a brewer at Diamond Sake Brewery, trained in France and learned how to make Pinot Noir. Utilizing this technology, he has overturned the conventional concept of Muscat Bailey A, a variety unique to Japan, and is a maker who can truly be called the
“evangelist of Muscat Bailey A.”

Tsuno Wine (Miyazaki Prefecture)
Tsuno Wine started growing pears in 1953 in a land where fruit cultivation was considered impossible due to the heavy rain. We have overcome various hardships and updated the variety. Currently, we are making wine using only locally grown grapes.
Woody Farm (Yamanashi Prefecture)
The concept of Woody Farm is “Through fruit trees, we can do things that can only be done in this area.” It has two functions as an orchard and a winery, and grows cherries and pears. All wines are made using grapes from our own fields, and we are a winery that delivers the concept straight to the drinker.
COQ WINERY (Chiba Prefecture)
The winery was started by the owner, a sommelier who used to run a restaurant, with the idea that “I want people to enjoy wine more easily and casually.” Due to the owner’s wishes, the winery is located in the middle of a residential area. We use a natural manufacturing method that does not require filtration, and most of the processes are done by hand.
-Non-alcoholic-
KBT (Tokyo)
A manufacturer that makes kombucha, a fermented tea drink that is currently gaining attention. The refreshing, sour taste is perfect for this time of year. It looks just like a wine bottle, but the more you drink it, the more your body will be happy (Heart). It’s the only one you can buy in Tokyo.
