2024”, the actual Nano-Sorter will be unveiled for the first time. Nano Sorter is a three-dimensional automatic sorting machine that takes advantage of its height and boasts overwhelming area efficiency in narrow spaces.

Three-dimensional automatic sorting machine Nano Sorter Highlights – Automatic high-speed sorting/no inspection: Totally picked products are automatically sorted at high speed, reducing mistakes through automation.
– Overwhelming area efficiency: Taking advantage of the 4m height, we have more than 300 frontages in 5 tsubo, dramatically increasing the number of openings per area.
– Bulk sorting: Can sort large quantities at once, improving operational flexibility
– One operation/continuous operation: No need to frequently take out or replace the frontage/rack, concentrate on adding pieces with one operation, continuous operation
– Flexible unloading: Flexible unloading operations depending on the next process, such as conveyance/unloading using a conveyor, direct removal from the frontage, etc.
– Automation of both pre- and post-processing: Using our own developed case transport AGV and robot picking system, it is possible to load the case into a sorting machine and transport it before and after sorting.
We will also introduce a system where AI visually recommends the appropriate size and packing order of packaging materials during product packaging, which is a post-process of automatic sorting with the Nano Sorter.
The exhibit will give you a concrete image of not only automatic sorting, but also the pre- and post-processes.
