MAFIA” will feature a special guest, legendary DJ Kan Takagi, an important figure who created the Japanese culture scene in the 1980s! Kan Takagi joined the punk band “FLESH” in 1979 and formed the band “Tokyo Bravo” in 1981.
Started DJing in 1984, and formed “Tiny Punks” with Hiroshi Fujiwara in 1985. After that, he introduced the hip hop that he encountered in New York to Japan with Seiko Ito and others. In 1988, Japan’s first club music label “MAJOR”

He was active as a solo artist in the 90s. In recent years, including “APESOUNDS” and “UNDERCOVER”,

Born in 1961 in Zushi City.
Debuted in 1979 as the vocalist of FLESH from Godzilla Records, Japan’s first punk rock label.
Participated in Tokyo Bravo in 1981. Active in nightclub scenes such as Harajuku Pithecanthropus and Shinjuku Tsubaki House.
Started DJing at Tsubaki House in 1984.
In 1986, he formed “Tiny Punks” with Hiroshi Fujiwara.
In 1988, he established Japan’s first hip-hop club music label and production company, MAJOR.
FORCE” was established with Hiroshi Fujiwara, Gota Yashiki, Masayuki Kudo, and Toshio Nakanishi.
Later, in the 1990s, he became active as a solo artist, releasing five solo albums, as well as producing and participating in projects with various artists.
In 2018, we restarted MAJOR FORCE, which celebrated its 30th anniversary.
