Tetsuya (hereinafter referred to as our company) is a complex building consisting of three luxury spaces: an event space, a luxury
restaurant, and an all-day dining facility on the top floor (30th floor) of Yodoyabashi Station One (Chuo-ku, Osaka), which is currently under construction. We have decided to open a store (name to be determined, hereinafter referred to as our store). The grand opening is scheduled for summer 2025. *

Weddings are also scheduled to be held at the event space “une”, and new reservations will be accepted from August 23, 2024 (Friday). The restaurant plans to offer “innovative fusion,” which is currently attracting attention as creative cuisine that transcends nationality and is not bound by existing genres. ◆* About “Yodoyabashi Station One” *
“Yodoyabashi Station One” (hereinafter referred to as “the building”) is owned by Chuo Nippon Tochi Tatemono Co., Ltd. (Kasumigaseki 1-chome, Chiyoda-ku, President and CEO: Kiyoshi Miyake), Keihan Holdings Co., Ltd. (Otemae 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Osaka, Representative Director and President) This is an urban regeneration project being promoted by Mizuho Bank, Ltd. (Otemachi 1-chome, Chiyoda-ku, President: Katsuhiko Kato). This building will be a joint
reconstruction of the Nittochi Yodoyabashi Building, owned by Chuo Nihon Tochi Tatemono, and the Keihan Midosuji Building, owned by Keihan Holdings, and will be reborn as a 150m-tall landmark building, the highest in the area. Completion is scheduled for May 2025, with a grand opening scheduled for the summer of the same year.

◆* About the three luxury spaces *
Our store is located on the 30th floor of the top floor of our building, overlooking the city from the center of Osaka, and is a luxurious space that incorporates natural light and art in each space. It consists of a multi-purpose event space called “une”, a luxury restaurant and a high-casual all-day dining venue. Weddings and other events to enliven the area are also planned to be held in the event space. We will begin accepting new wedding reservations from August 23, 2024 (Friday).
For our company, which aims to provide lifestyle services through our stores and create a new community in the area, this is our first development of a store complex with an entire floor. We are
positioning this store as a new flagship store for our company, as we are taking on the challenge of developing and operating a

All the staff involved in the wedding, including the wedding planner (comprised of an “editor” who is close to the couple’s life and presents the concept of the wedding, and a “director” who takes shape as a wedding ceremony), cooks, and specialists for each item, will create a wedding only for the couple. He is an artist who creates creative ideas about the meaning of weddings, and defines weddings as the comprehensive art that they create.
