At that time, our company conducted firefighting equipment inspections in-house, and after joining the company as an inspection staff member, I went out to the field and conducted inspections for about five and a half years. However, as the number of units under management increased, it became difficult for us to handle the situation in-house, so when we were looking for a contractor with an eye toward outsourcing, we learned about Sumaten and contacted them.
