[Interesting recruitment activities] Shinto Tsushin holds 26 graduate internships planned and managed by new graduate employees
*~A super practical internship where you will be involved in advertising planning and planning and presentations on regional revitalization measures based on actual corporate issues~*
Shinto Tsushin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director and President: Tetsuya Tani) Shinto Tsushin) held an experiential internship for students graduating in 2026 at its Nagoya headquarters on August 21, 2024, to develop advertising plans based on actual corporate issues.

For this internship, a new graduate employee of Shinto Tsushin, who joined the company in April of this year, led everything from planning and planning to the day’s operation from the perspective closest to the students. The theme of the internship program is “[Real event / 1 DAY] Suits strictly prohibited! A fun internship at Shinto Tsushin (probably) that you can’t experience anywhere else!”

* -Part 1: Proposing ideas for specific advertising measures based on issues from actual companies-*
To help students imagine what kind of advertising media the
advertising industry uses to solve corporate issues, new graduates brainstormed in groups using cards they had designed and created themselves. I came up with a project idea and presented it in this format.
* -Part 2: Planning and proposing advertising measures targeting young people to revitalize Kinshachi Yokocho-*
In order to revitalize Kinshachi Yokocho, a commercial facility adjacent to Nagoya Castle, which is operated by Nippon Property Management Co., Ltd., a group company with our company as the business entity, we proposed a plan for advertising measures targeting young people. Ta.

The students were divided into groups and competed in a competition format in which they proposed advertising plans to the company’s business representatives based on the PFI business, which is an example of a business that goes beyond the boundaries of our company’s advertising business.

There is a possibility that the advertising plans devised by the students will actually be adopted, and the proposals of all the groups exceeded our expectations. The person in charge of the project said, “I learned a lot from proposing issues and planning from a young person’s perspective.” I thought it was interesting to think about the perspective of being committed to results, new approaches, and experiential measures.Let’s think together from the perspective of “using what we have and creating what we don’t have, while leveraging the power of space.” I’m looking forward to it.”, one commenter said.

The grand prize winning team will receive the Spanish sparkling wine “CAVA” (supported by our company in promoting its branding in Japan), and all internship participants will receive “San Jordi Day”, which our company introduced to Japan for the first time. A red rose was presented in honor of the occasion.

In order to embody Shinto Tsushin’s starting point of “Is there something interesting to do?”, this was an experiential internship led by new graduate employees and in which the students themselves proposed realistic advertising plans to promote regional
revitalization.

Going forward, Shinto Tsushin will continue to take on challenges that will lead to regional revitalization and the construction of a sustainable society, and all of our employees will work together to become a 100-year company.
