We would like to inform you that at the management meeting held today, August 23, 2024, we resolved to sell real estate for sale to LLC LOGI FLAG No. 9. We would like to inform you as follows.
Our company has also entered into an asset management contract with LOGI FLAG9, a limited liability company, and will be entrusted with management work related to logistics facility development
(development, operation, sale, etc.).
In addition, our subsidiary Logiflag Development Co., Ltd.
(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Tomohiro Honma) will be entrusted with sub-asset management operations during the development period of this project, and will work with us to manage the logistics facilities. We will continue to develop it. 1. Property overview

2. Outline of the seller and sale price
Based on the confidentiality agreement between our company and the seller, we will refrain from disclosing the details of the limited liability company that is the seller. Regarding the sale price, we will refrain from disclosing the details based on the same
confidentiality agreement, but the sale price is an amount equivalent to 10% of the Company’s sales in the immediately preceding
consolidated fiscal year (August 2023). That’s all. There are no capital, personnel, or business relationships that should be noted between the Company and the seller, and there are no problems with their attributes.

4. Future outlook
