Somer House’s afternoon tea, which is served on one tea stand per person, will be based on the theme of “Shine Muscat,” which is popular at this time of year every year.

The first and second tiers include the classic shortcake decorated with Shine Muscat, a glass dessert with an adult taste of Shine Muscat on basil-flavored panna cotta, and a fragrant black tea mousse with the fruit flavor of Shine Muscat. Tart sweets and other items are lined up.
