Tokushin (hereinafter referred to as “Starley”) has raised 700 million yen through a third-party allotment of capital to JAFCO Group Co., Ltd., Nissay Capital Co., Ltd., and Money Forward Co., Ltd. as underwriters. This is the second time the company has raised funds since its founding, bringing the total amount raised to 800 million yen.
