Implementation background and history
A cooking expert who captured the hearts of the nation with his simple yet delicious “buzz recipes” that can be made with just common household ingredients without using anything special.
Ryuji. The number of subscribers to the YouTube channel “Cooking Expert Ryuji’s Buzz Recipes” is 4.8 million, and the total number of followers including SNS is 1020.
Everyone knows that he is popular as a cooking expert, having won the Recipe Book Award.

However, this time, unlike the side he shows on TV, he is a
self-proclaimed “alcohol scum”*
On social media, Ryuji, who loves alcohol, is always on display, and he has recreated the “best sake ate” carefully selected for “Sake Scum” at an izakaya where you can’t help but drink too much alcohol.

What is this izakaya? The 3 signboards say “Saba Sashi”, which serves fresh mackerel swimming in the restaurant’s aquarium as sashimi, “Teppanyaki Gyoza”, which is chewy, crunchy, and juicy, and “Motsunabe”, which uses juicy giant fresh offal. Mainly in Tokyo, including the Kansai area*
“Kyushu Netsuchuya”* has 33 stores.

So why did Ryuji and Izakaya team up?
It’s hard to make contact with young people who have become so weary of drinking alcohol. This was Kyushu Netsuchuya’s post-corona challenge. This is an issue not only for Kyushu Netsuchuya, but for the entire industry.
So, not just because I run an izakaya, but because I truly love the izakaya culture, * “Drinking alcohol with others at an izakaya is fun!” *
I want to convey this to more generations.

The person we focused on was Ryuji, a culinary expert who has a wide range of fans, from men and women of all ages, from otakus to housewives. Ryuji’s*
I fell in love with the way he expressed his passion for alcohol and food that goes well with it.* “Limit! We have decided to open “Sake Scum Bar” inside an izakaya.

While proposing a new way to enjoy an izakaya that is a fusion of “Buzz Recipe” and “Izakaya,” you can enjoy it with like-minded friends without worrying about the timing, when you are tired from work, when you are depressed, when you are happy, when you are sad, etc. When you want to share your feelings, you can become a “drinking scumbag”*
We would be happy if you could reconfirm that “Izakaya drinking is really fun” and suggest Japan’s unique “Izakaya” culture and “The fun of izakaya” to as many people as possible*.

Development secrets
The first tasting event was Ryuji, a culinary expert who is attracting attention from the public.
The story begins with a conflict between two experienced chefs at a pub who cannot give up on each other. The staff watching must have wondered, “Will this collaboration really come to fruition?” as they watched the various opinions and lively exchanges that could only happen between professionals.
Although it is a menu for “sake scum”, Ryuji is too serious about “tasting the best sake”*, and inspired by this idea, we took on the challenge of the second tasting event.
The menu was completed after a long delay in sales and repeated improvements. Will the collaboration menu be completed? ?
