Launched HCAI business to support AI-based human resource development, organizational development, and social implementation aimed at “AI)” *x3d Co., Ltd., which has a track record of supporting over 100 companies, starts providing AI human resource development programs and AI-DX consulting services centered on “human-centered AI utilization”* x3d Co., Ltd. (read: Cross Third, Representative Director: Konosuke Takeishi) was established in January 2023 as a new business/DX support company for One of Them Co., Ltd.
We are a company that aims to implement AI) in society. Based on our extensive track record, we are now offering comprehensive services such as human resource and organizational development support, consulting, system development, workshops and PoC, in order to fully support companies’ AI introduction and social implementation. We will start providing it.

Representative Konosuke Takeishi has been active as a freelance PM and director since he was a student at the University of Tokyo’s Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Information Studies (specializing in content generation research). Joined CyberAgent Co., Ltd. in 2004 and was in charge of launching the amoeba business and serving as the business manager of the avatar billing business.
In 2011, he established One of Them Co., Ltd., which operates system development businesses in Japan and Hanoi, Vietnam. As a PM, he has a wide range of experience including research and development/PoC support for large companies, and support for expansion into Vietnam. x3d Co., Ltd. (the company) was established in January 2023.
