This is a course where you will learn basic knowledge to be able to respond to the diverse needs of local rights advocacy and support. Would you like to play an active role as a supporter who provides support to the people concerned while maintaining a perspective of supporting rights protection in the local community? In the future, you can also serve as a civil guardian.

*What is rights advocacy?*
We provide various rights for people who lack the ability to make decisions for themselves or have difficulty asserting their will and rights due to intellectual disabilities, mental disabilities, declining cognitive function, etc. Our aim is to protect and maintain dignity, and support them so that they can continue to live their lives in their own way.
* What is a rights supporter? *
Citizens who have completed basic training to be able to respond to the diverse needs of local rights advocacy and support.
They are expected to play an active role as a supporter, providing support to the people concerned, while maintaining a perspective of supporting rights protection in the local community.
