Gurunavi FineOrder is a mobile ordering service provided by Shiro (hereinafter referred to as Gurunavi).

As a result, Ootoya Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Representative: Kurodo), a member of the COLOWIDE Group,
Kenju (hereinafter referred to as Ootoya) has expanded the
introduction of Gurunavi FineOrder to stores nationwide.
Qualica and Gurunavi will continue to strengthen their collaboration and aim to expand the spread of mobile ordering, mainly among major chains.
“Tasty Qube
“Growth” is a store management system specialized in the restaurant industry that covers all operations necessary for restaurant management, from daily sales management to food management such as ordering and disposal, and employee attendance management. All information is connected in real time by linking with “RealQube (POS system)” from the same Qube series. It can be used regardless of the type of business, including restaurants, cafes, fast food chains, and pubs, and we have a track record of introducing and supporting over 20,000 stores in approximately 150 companies.
Since its release in July 2021, Gurunavi FineOrder has been working to improve business efficiency through DX for restaurants facing a serious labor shortage. As Gurunavi’s unique support for establishing mobile ordering, Gurunavi employees actually visit stores and support on-site employees, resulting in a high monthly usage retention rate of 99% (*May 2024). Ootoya was one of the first to promote digitalization of store operations and introduced Gurunavi FineOrder on a trial basis from November 2022. This time, by collaborating with Gurunavi and Qualica, ordering, cooking, and accounting can now be seamlessly linked. Taking this as an opportunity, Ootoya plans to continue expanding the number of stores that have introduced the system, with the goal of further improving operational efficiency and promoting sales.
Qualica has recently released features such as QR payment support for store POS systems, system integration with mobile ordering services as in this case, and inter-store communication functions to support information sharing during the coronavirus pandemic. In the future, we plan to provide services that further improve the efficiency of headquarters and store operations for companies in the restaurant industry by utilizing AI solutions.
