Joined the Porath Group in 1996 as a new graduate, and since then has been consistently involved in human resources for 27 years, becoming the Human Resources Manager in 2013, where he remains today. In the past, he has been responsible for the establishment of several group-affiliated companies, and also serves as an auditor for Polatec Co., Ltd., the largest pre-cut lumber company in Japan.
Responsible for all human resources functions of the group, with an emphasis on system and policy planning, while placing emphasis on creating corporate culture. He is working hard by participating in the monthly board meetings of 27 group companies.
As my life’s work, I have planned and hosted multiple cross-industry networking events for 20 years, building social capital. My hobbies are drinking and camping.
