LC-EX10 is a LiLz that can be installed even in explosion-proof areas (hazardous areas of Zone 2/Zone 22).
The latest model of the Cam series has low power consumption, continuous operation time of approximately 3 years, and is equipped with a high-sensitivity image sensor, compared to the conventional LiLz
It is a camera with performance equivalent to or better than Cam. There is no need for power supply or network construction, and it can be easily installed at a fixed point on site.You can flexibly set the shooting frequency according to your inspection frequency needs, from “once every 10 minutes” to “once a day.” Contributes to labor saving in visual patrol inspections.

We are very pleased to be able to release the “LC-EX10” fully wireless explosion-proof IoT camera. Around December 2019, LiLz When we exhibited the Gauge (Lil’s Gauge) at an exhibition, we received many inquiries asking if it could be used in explosion-proof areas. From there, it took two years to conceptualize and develop the product, and one year to get it certified.After about three years, the product finally passed the domestic test and was able to be sold in Japan. This is a long-awaited product that will more flexibly and dramatically support the DX activities of people involved in maintenance at petrochemical plants, chemical plants, and other explosion-proof areas. The LC-EX10 has an intrinsically safe explosion-proof structure and can be used not only in gas areas but also in dust areas, so please try it out. We are making preparations so that it can be used overseas in the future.

“LiLz
Cam” is an IoT camera for inspection that can be easily installed on-site without the need for power supply or network construction. You can freely set the schedule from “once every 10 minutes” to “once a day,” and perform remote inspections by intermittently photographing the inspection target at a fixed point and uploading it to the cloud via LTE communication.
* ■What is “LiLz Gauge” *
“LiLz
Gauge is a cloud-based inspection AI solution that can automatically read analog meter values. Machine learning and image processing can be used to convert analog meter values from images into digital values with high accuracy. In order to handle all kinds of inspection situations, it can read seven types of instruments: circular, rectangular, counter, Nanaseg, level, float, and lamp types. If the instruments are included in the same image, it is possible to read multiple instruments at once. It also supports API linkage, allowing for flexible and wide-ranging applications.
