Ares Good Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and CEO: Katsumi) operates the next-generation career support platform “BaseMe” with the mission of “liberating and connecting human values”

In this round, in addition to existing shareholder CyberAgent Capital, WiL, a company based in Silicon Valley and Tokyo in the United States, participated as an underwriter.

Aresgood Co., Ltd. has a mission of “liberating and connecting human values,” and through “BaseMe,” a next-generation career support platform that allows people to meet companies that suit them based on their values, people can live their own lives. We aim to create a world where people can walk in the world.
We leverage machine learning and large-scale language models (LLM) to analyze student profile, experience, orientation, and behavioral data to match company culture and values and provide a platform for mutual understanding. By doing so, we will support you in choosing a career that suits you.
Our company’s representative Hitoyoshi Katsumi found it difficult to meet companies that matched his values and characteristics through traditional job hunting, where he met companies based on their industry and job type, so in May 2021 he decided to pursue his current job search. We have started offering “Ethical Job Hunting,” which is the predecessor of “BaseMe.”
Based on the feedback we have received from both students and companies, we aim to create a next-generation career support platform that expresses an individual’s aspirations and experiences in a broader range of fields as their “value,” and aims to create a world where people connect with people who empathize with them. In February 2024, we changed our business to “BaseMe”. Over 150 companies and 15,000 people in the last 3 years
We have supported the job search of more than 1,000 registered users, and have received the support of corporate recruiters who have been able to hire students with attributes that they would not have been able to meet through traditional job hunting.
