Revitalize the organization by promoting the active participation of women, holding seminars for managers, dispatching advisors, etc. Toyonaka City will implement a project to support the advancement of women in order to promote the creation of workplaces where each woman working at business offices within the city can fully demonstrate her individuality and abilities. This project will support businesses in revising work rules, improving workplace culture, and promoting work-life balance by holding seminars on women’s empowerment and dispatching experts to businesses, thereby promoting women’s empowerment and providing support to businesses in the city. We aim to revitalize the organization.
