JAL’s in-flight menu features a collaboration menu with Ginza’s famous restaurant “Shiseido Parlor”
Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Mitsuko Tottori, hereinafter referred to as “JAL”) and Shiseido Parlor Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo,
Representative Director and President: Masayuki Miyazawa, hereinafter “Shiseido Parlor”) ) will offer original menus supervised by the Shiseido Parlor executive chef on board from September 1, 2024 (Sunday) to August 31, 2025 (Sunday) as a collaboration project between the two companies.
JAL and Shiseido Parlor offered a special menu in collaboration with both companies on Hawaii routes (September 2016 to August 2018), which was well received by many customers. This time as well, we will be serving Shiseido Parlor’s traditional taste of beef stew, shrimp doria, and grilled chicken.
During the period, we will offer a total of 6 special menu items exclusive to JAL in-flight meals, including Chasseur sauce.
Furthermore, for dessert, we have prepared “Cheesecake”, a masterpiece that represents Shiseido Parlor.

■Menu contents: We plan to change the menu once every two months and offer a total of 6 types.
This is a special menu exclusive to JAL in-flight meals, including Shiseido Parlor’s traditional beef stew, shrimp doria, and grilled chicken with chasseur sauce.
