Ocean Milano Seafood & Roast Beef “1st Anniversary” Special Menu At the specialty restaurant Ocean Milano, “1st
Anniversary” special menu will be available from Saturday, September 14, 2024 to Monday, September 30, 2024. The special menu for our 1st anniversary is an attractive menu made with carefully selected ingredients by our executive chef to express our gratitude for your continued patronage. In addition, we have a wide range of first drinks for toasting, including champagne and non-alcoholic sparkling wine, so even customers who don’t like alcohol can enjoy them.
We use fresh seasonal seafood delivered directly from Yokohama Central Wholesale Market. The chef’s favorite seafood platter is made with raw oysters that have been sanitarily inspected on the day of production to ensure safety, and are served with a cocktail sauce made by the chef. For the main meat dish, we offer the highest quality Japanese black beef with plenty of marbling. Once roasted, the outside is grilled, resulting in a juicy inside and a fragrant outside, which is the chef’s special cooking method. We carefully selected seasonal vegetables and locally produced ingredients to create a special menu suitable for the 1st anniversary.

Allday Dining Parade “1st Anniversary” Dinner Buffet
At Allday Dining Parade, from Saturday, September 14th to Monday, September 30th, 2024, “1st
Anniversary” dinner buffet will be provided. To commemorate our 1st anniversary, we have prepared a dinner buffet with a menu that incorporates plenty of “Ise lobster” in response to customer requests. The spiny lobster we will be using this time is “rock lobster.” Approximately 30 to 40 cm in size and approximately 1.5 kg in weight, they are extra large compared to regular spiny lobsters. You will be surprised at the difference! There are six types on the menu, including “Stir-fried Ise Lobster with Salt,” “Ise Lobster Ajillo,” and “Ebi Chili.” At our very popular live kitchen, we will serve you freshly prepared “Stir-Fried Ise Shrimp with Garlic” that is prepared right in front of you. The menu also includes classic roast beef, homemade fresh pasta, and pizza. The dinner buffet has a lineup of over 100 dishes, more than you can eat in one sitting, and is sure to satisfy both your stomach and your heart.

We offer 3 types of special cocktails.
Many customers have used Melody over the past year, and we have received many requests for cocktails related to Yokohama. To express our gratitude to all of you, we have created a special 1st anniversary cocktail. With the theme of “Yokohama” and “Hilton”, we will introduce three types of cocktails based on Hilton Blue, incorporating the essence of Yokohama. The 1st anniversary original bear is a “1st Anniversary” limited design, and is in keeping with the hotel’s design concept of “Yokohama Made of textile with a pattern based on “Deco” motif. Not only that, but Hilton Blue, which is inspired by the Hilton brand, is applied throughout the hotel. The bear’s right leg has the word “1st” embroidered on it, representing the memorable 1st anniversary. Sales will end as soon as they run out, so please take advantage of this opportunity to purchase as soon as possible.
