AniTone Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Nakamura) was newly established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of “HOLDINGS”)
Tsuyuki (hereinafter referred to as “AniTone”) announces that it will take over the content business and program production business of MAGES. Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as “MAGES.”) through an absorption-type company split. I will do it. *
