OYW will be held for the 14th time this year, and our university has sent students every year since the 2015 Bangkok competition.
At the farewell party, Kimito Okubo, representative director of the One Young World Japan Committee, gave an opening speech, followed by Chenier La Salle, representative of the Quebec office in Japan, who spoke about the wealth of Quebec, the only French-speaking province in North America. Introducing the beautiful nature and history of accepting many immigrants. ○Next Generation Leaders Global Summit One Young World (OYW) Declared at the 2009 World Economic Forum, commonly known as the Davos Conference (Headquarters: Geneva, Switzerland), and held in London, the capital of the United Kingdom, in 2010 Since then, it has become one of the world’s largest summits, where the next generation of young leaders (18-32 years old) representing each country from over 190 countries gather together once a year. As a global joint
industry-government-academia collaboration project to develop next-generation leaders under the guidance of world-class leaders, the project aims to develop next-generation leaders through joint industry-government-academia collaboration in response to the global issues facing the world. We continue to rapidly expand our network. Our university has been participating as an official partner since the 2015 Summit held in Bangkok, Thailand, and sends two student representatives every year.
