In recent years, the number of vacant houses has increased and has become a social issue. In order to deal with these vacant houses, the Motosu City Vacant House Countermeasures Plan was formulated in 2020, and based on the policies of Gifu Prefecture’s response guidelines for measures against vacant houses and the manual for dealing with dangerous vacant houses, etc. We are promoting a vacant house countermeasure project. However, the problem is that it is not possible to propose specific costs for managing and demolishing vacant houses.

This time, the aim of this project is to utilize the resources and strengths of Motosu City and our company to work together to promote the removal of vacant houses that are poorly managed, and to contribute to the promotion of proper management of vacant houses. In recent years, due to the declining population, vacant houses are appearing all over the city.

In addition to promoting the utilization of vacant houses, it is necessary to proceed with the removal of dilapidated houses in order to ensure the safety of citizens and preserve the living environment. However, owners of vacant houses have complained that they do not know the average demolition costs or demolition companies, and it is assumed that there are cases where the opportunity to demolish is being missed.
We hope that this collaboration agreement will alleviate the concerns of vacant house owners and lead to the promotion of vacant house removal.
