The executive committee for the Zenkoji Daikanjin Performance of “Skit Geki Tokusadayu” under the best starry sky in Japan, Achi Village, Nagano Prefecture, will hold a performance on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Zenkoji Daikanjin [Manzendo] in Nagano City. , we will be holding a performance of the historical skit “Skit Tokusa Dayu” that will make you laugh.

This is the first Zenkoji Daikanjin performance by the Tokusa Dayu Troupe, which is based in southern Shinshu.
This will be the first time in history that a play or other
performance will be held at Zenkoji Daikanjin [Manzendo].

One day bus tour
In preparation for the Zenkoji Daikanjin performance, we will be running a one-day bus tour so that everyone can enjoy the viewing. A guide will lead you through a visit to the main hall of Zenkoji Temple and around the altar, and after enjoying elaborate vegetarian cuisine at Shukubo Yakuoin, you will see a performance of Skit Tokusadayu at Daikanjin Manzendo.
