Wazukuru Co., Ltd. (Head office: Oarai-cho, Ibaraki
Prefecture/Representative: Hirama), which operates the villa subscription service “OURoom”

Those who are willing to cooperate will be asked to sign up for the “Two-Region Ambassador Plan,” which allows them to travel back and forth between the area where OURoom’s base is located and their own place of residence for three months, mainly on weekdays, and practice “Two-Region Living.” Please do so.
Why is OURoom recruiting ambassadors?
OURoom wants to spread to society a lifestyle where people can freely move back and forth between their favorite area and the place they usually live as a means of “living their way.” However, we feel that it will be difficult to proceed smoothly on the path to achieving this goal with our current strength alone. Therefore, in order to spread the idea of “living a life where you always have two places to be (living in two areas)” to society, we are recruiting monitor users who can cooperate with “developing a new subscription service for people living in two areas.” Those who cooperate will be asked to practice “bi-regional residence” by traveling back and forth between the area where OURoom is based and their own place of residence for three months, mainly on weekdays.
Together with OURoom, we aim to revitalize areas with declining populations and create a well-being society where people can work and live their own way in both urban and rural areas. We look forward to seeing you.
*The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has announced that the “Act for Partial Amendment of the Act on
Infrastructure Development for Wide-area Regional Revitalization” will be approved in May 2024 in order to create/expand the flow of people to rural areas through the promotion of bi-regional residence. The law was enacted in April, and the movement to promote “bi-regional residence,” which means living in multiple regions, has been attracting more and more attention each year.

About the “Two Region Resident Ambassador Plan” that you can experience for 3 months

Three consecutive months between October 2024 and January 2025 Example: 3 months from October to December or 3 months from November to January ▶︎Costs (all tax included)
You can use OURoom at a discount of approximately 50% compared to staying at regular price.
-Monthly fee: *44,000 yen/month*
-Accommodation fee: * Accommodation fee (weekdays 0 yen/night, Sunday 5,500 yen/night) * +* Cleaning fee (5,500 yen/stay) *
*Monthly fees and accommodation fees remain the same regardless of the number of guests.

The following conditions apply to your stay:
・Reservation period: *You can make a reservation from 3 days before your desired check-in date to 3 months in advance*
・Reservation holding: *Up to 3 reservations can be made at the same time* ・Maximum number of nights per month: *Maximum number of nights per month is 5 nights*
・Non-accommodation days: Accommodation is not possible on the days listed below. – Saturday
– Specific days (October 12th to 14th / November 2nd to 4th / December 24th, 28th to 31st / January 1st to 5th, 11th to 13th)

1. Receive confirmation email and confirm plan details
2. Online meeting with OURoom staff
3. Start using the OURoom Ambassador Plan *Reserve accommodation using the dedicated system
4. Stay on-site *For first-time stays only, staff will provide a “guide about the property and surrounding area” on-site.
5. Enjoy living in two regions for 3 months!
