“BK Comics” is a comic label derived from the light novel label “BK Books,” which will enter its seventh year of publication in November 2024. We have produced nearly 50 works so far, ranging from high fantasy works full of powerful battle scenes to heartwarming slow life works.
“Novelva” carries out various projects including comicalization contests, aiming to be a novel submission service that authors and readers can enjoy. We are also actively promoting comicalization and media mix development based on submitted works.
Unlike the “BK Comics F Young Lady Novel Contest,” a novel contest for women’s works that Bunkasha and Novelba have held three times in the past, this is the first novel contest for “men’s works.” Masu. In this contest, all works from the grand prize to the honorable mentions will be made into comics by BK Comics, and the prize money will be 300,000 yen for the best work and 100,000 yen for the honorable mention work.

■1st BK Comics Different World Reincarnation Novel Contest Overview ◇Application requirements
Theme: “Reincarnation works in another world”. As long as the main character is reincarnated in another world, it doesn’t matter whether it’s a battle, a slow life, an old man story, a zama story, or a dungeon story. Please assume that the main readers are men in their 20s to 40s.
Eligibility: Anyone is welcome to participate, from those who have written a novel for the first time to professional writers!
Number of characters: Works whose body text is 50,000 characters or more by the end of the submission period
*There is no problem even if it is unfinished as long as the story is coherent.
*If the manuscript is unfinished, it is recommended that it be completed within six months or have a plan for completion (100,000 characters or more recommended).
*During the interim screening, we will read up to 100,000 characters to make the selection and create a selection review.
Work: Original only. Works that are unpublished and whose copyright belongs to the submitter can be submitted.
