Each bowl is prepared and seasoned according to the chef’s special care, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors by comparing them. Kyoto’s traditional food culture has been arranged in a modern style, creating a visually beautiful finish.

Roasting it concentrates the flavor of Wagyu beef, and the rich aroma spreads in your mouth. Enjoy it as is and fully enjoy the original softness and deep flavor of Wagyu beef.
