“Little House PACO” new product – The long-awaited trailer house type is now available – “PACO-TRAILER” will be on sale from September 1st! !

Space Agency Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City, Representative Director: Masuda) is in the business of new construction and renovation design and construction of residential and commercial spaces.
Based on the concept of “Small living, so freedom.” PACO (Kenji) is a compact house built using a 2×4 monocoque construction method that achieves high quality at a low price.
We will start selling “PACO TRAILER” from September 1, 2024 as a new product lineup of “PACO”.
The trailer house type that has been requested by many customers has finally been commercialized.
The room size is 13.42 square meters (approximately 4 tsubo), which is the same as the standard size of PACO, and there are five floor plans to choose from. Prices start from 5.3 million yen excluding tax.
Although we are considering leasing the product in the future, we will be selling it on a made-to-order basis for the time being, so please contact the official website for details.
