Marc Co., Ltd. (President: Junya Kitano/Securities code 7056, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) will conduct training for service managers, child development support managers, and first-time counseling support workers in a completely online format. We are starting a training project. This makes it possible to acquire necessary qualifications for occupations in the disability welfare field from anywhere in the country. Currently, various types of training for those engaged in welfare services are mainly conducted face-to-face at venues, but depending on the region, there are situations in which “no training is held in the neighborhood” or “training is infrequent,” resulting in long-term training. This places a huge burden on students and their businesses, as they are unable to take the course or have to travel far away. Additionally, securing human resources is also a major issue for the welfare industry, such as the inability to hire people with the necessary qualifications to open business offices.
As needs such as work styles diversify after the coronavirus pandemic, there is a need to promote DX in the welfare field and move training online to enable the provision of more learning.
