The coffee culture festival experience event was held at the Media Center in Baoshan District, Shanghai, and overseas tourists were welcomed at the Baoshan Wuxiankou International Cruise Terminal. Recently, Shanghai Baoshan District Consortium will hold a coffee culture festival experience event to welcome tens of thousands of overseas tourists arriving at Shanghai Baoshan Wuxiankou International Cruise Terminal, attracting overseas tourists from all over the world. We invited them to enjoy coffee and relax.
Gong Yu, the person in charge of this coffee festival experience hall, introduced the specific activities of the Shanghai Coffee Culture Festival to foreign tourists, and guided two foreign tourists to Baoshan’s famous spots. Our first stop was the Shanghai Glass Museum, which has many glass art works on display and is also a symbol of industrial transformation. Here, tourists can also try their hand at making their own glass art.
Wuchengou Lighthouse, symbol of Baoshan, stands tall. This lighthouse has been protecting the safety of ships at the intersection of three rivers since the 20th century.
Afterwards, I guided everyone to Hozanji Temple. The temple was built in the palace style of the late Tang Dynasty, using the traditional Chinese timber construction technique, “Yuu”. Tourists were impressed by its complex structure and left a deep impression.
To conclude their sightseeing trip, the group sampled authentic Shanghainese cuisine at Luodian Ancient Town. The two foreign tourists were introduced to local delicacies such as Luodian fish cakes and linden cakes, and invited the two foreign tourists to participate in the coffee culture festival event held on the coast and shout out the slogan of the coffee culture festival together.
