“It’s Hard to Stay: Notes on Care and Therapy” “Listening Skills” The latest book, “Psychology on Rainy Days,” by clinical
psychologist Kaito Higashihata, who is popular for books such as “The Techniques of Being Listened to,” explains what mental care is and how to take care of it, from its essence to the simple steps. An introduction to psychology in a classroom format that generously teaches techniques.
Mental care is like oxygen, filling our daily lives. Take care of your subordinates at work, and take care of your children and partner at home. Most of the care is carried out by “amateurs” rather than specialists.
That’s why I want everyone who cares for someone to make use of psychology. This is a book that unravels the knowledge of experts, provides useful tips for everyday life, and sends a warm message of encouragement to those who care for them.
