We have decided to open a Capsule Village.
This is a project to regenerate the five capsules owned by the project as the world’s only “capsules you can sleep in.” In order to realize the project, we released a fund on August 19th to raise funds. This time, as a new attempt, we have started recruiting corporate sponsors.

The Nakagin Capsule Tower Building is said to be one of the
masterpieces of architect Kisho Kurokawa. After the demolition in 2022, the capsules that can be used will be utilized and recycled in various fields. Of these, 23 capsules were acquired through the Nakagin Capsule Tower Building Preservation and Restoration Project. It is open to the public at art museums, museums, and public spaces both domestically and internationally, but this is the only one where you can stay overnight. A capsule that was used as a second home in Ginza has been reborn as a lodging facility on the Miura Peninsula. Kisho Kurokawa once had a plan to “move” this capsule and “place multiple locations in different locations.” Although we were not able to realize it at the time, we continue to embody that idea over time. Four capsule interior designs were selected through public
competition. We added original designs to these and made 5 of them into accommodation specifications.
