SQUEEZE, celebrating its 10th anniversary, takes on the next stage of transformation towards DX in the hotel industry in the AI era *With gratitude, we would like to talk about our past efforts and future prospects*

SQUEEZE Co., Ltd. (Representative Director, President and CEO: Shinichi Tatebayashi, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), which promotes DX in the hotel industry, celebrated its 10th anniversary on September 1, 2024. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has been involved with our company, including our clients, partners, and guests. *
We have been able to continue our business since our founding in 2014 thanks to all of you for your patronage and support. Over the past 10 years, there have been many major events that have shaken up not only our business but the industry, such as the enforcement of the new private lodging law in 2018 and the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus. Even in times like these, we were able to reach this day by never ceasing to change and working as one to promote our business toward our Mission and Vision.

Our company SQUEEZE * “Creates a society filled with value” * Based on this mission, we have created operational methods and systems that can realize “three-way good” for guests, workers, and business owners in the hotel industry, and further enhance the spatial value of a place. To date, we have been involved in the planning and management of more than 50 hotels.*
Our company-managed facilities, such as Minn and Theater*, are used by many people, mainly inbound tourists.
In addition, we have developed a cloud-type hotel management system * “suitebook”* that utilizes our own management know-how.
has been introduced to chain hotels as a management platform that promotes operational efficiency and automation. In 2023, we will release initiatives with major companies such as JR East Group, as well as the development of a booking engine, and are working to strengthen convenience and expandability through collaboration with various external services.

We currently operate 27 facilities nationwide. In the future, we plan to open 5 new facilities in 2024 and more than 10 facilities in 2025 or later.
