Tokyo Aquatics Center Sports Day commemorative event “Aqua Sports Festival” will be held!
A public interest incorporated foundation that develops various businesses as the driving force behind “Sports Field Tokyo” with the slogan “Create the future of Tokyo through sports”
The Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Culture Corporation (Shibuya-ku, Sendagaya, hereinafter referred to as the “Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Culture Corporation”) will hold events for children and adults at the Tokyo Aquatics Center on October 14th (Monday, a public holiday) in conjunction with “Sports Day.” We will be holding the Aqua Sports Festival, an event where everyone can enjoy sports casually. Tokyo Olympics gold medalist Yui Ohashi* and Deaflympics Brazilian gold medalist Ryutaro Ibara*
We invite you. We are preparing attractive events such as Mr. Ohashi’s special lessons and a swimming relay competition where Mr. Ohashi and Ibara challenge each other.
In addition, at the entrance, there are plenty of programs that you can enjoy without changing into a swimsuit, such as a parasports VR experience, a mystery-solving rally where you can win original goods, and even a running class for the Tokyo 2025 World Athletics
Championships.
Furthermore, this time, with the cooperation of the Koto Ward Tourism Association, we will be setting up a PR booth. Koto City’s tourist character “Kotomi-chan” will also appear. We look forward to your participation.
On the same day, the “Tatsumi Health Sports Festival” and “Flat Sukkiri Yoga” will be held at Tatsumi no Mori Seaside Park, where you can try various new sports for free.
