approximately 4,000 employees.
* [Background of this initiative] *
As a company, we strive to reduce the environmental impact of our business activities in order to realize a sustainable society. Our aim is to have each and every employee understand the importance of preserving the environment and ecosystems, and to foster an awareness of engaging in eco-friendly and educational activities in the workplace and in daily life. Since November 2023, we have formed the Eco Promotion Task Force, which has appointed eco promotion leaders in all departments, and has been working on in-house study sessions and paperless business activities. As part of the efforts of the Eco Promotion Task Force, we have decided to implement the “Saison Eco Challenge”, a project in which all employees can participate through their daily activities.
